Note: many stations from Environment Canada measure an amount of 0.5 mm of rain or melted snow even in clear sky conditions. EC is aware of the problem but is unable to give any information if and when this problem might get fixed. So if you see an amount of precip of 0.5 mm for example at Lytton, it might be a inaccurate amount which is not in the responsability of The Weatherman
